- Requests for Letters of Suitability must be submitted at least four weeks prior to the event date to ensure sufficient processing time. Note: There are six (6) steps in the processing of Letters of Suitability.
- For emergency requests, like funerals or should you have any questions, please contact Maribel Descallar, Assistant to the Vicar for Clergy, at mdescallar@dphx.org.
- ALL PRIESTS, whether in assignment or retired, must be in compliance with their Safe Environment Training (SET) to receive a letter. If you need assistance with completing your SET training, please comply online at https://phoenix.cmgconnect.org/ or contact the Office for Protection & Empowerment at or 602-354-2395.
