- Letters of Suitability must be submitted at least four weeks prior to the event date to ensure they can be processed in time.
- For emergency requests or any questions, please contact Maribel Descallar at mdescallar@dphx.org.
- ALL PRIESTS, whether in assignment or retired, must be in compliance with their Safe Environment Training (SET) to receive a letter. If you need assistance with completing your SET training, please contact OCYP at safeenvironment@dphx.org or (602) 354-2208.
