- Letters of Suitability must be submitted at least four weeks prior to the event date to ensure they can be processed in time.
- For emergency requests or any questions, please contact Argelia Cortez at acortez@dphx.org.
- ALL Deacons, must be in compliance with their Safe Environment Training (SET) to receive a letter.
